The Gentle Whispers of Avalon spell energy has been created as part of the healing range here at StarryEyedSupplies.
Avalon is my preferred spiritual focal point for meditation and spell work with regards to all forms of healing, and this particular energy focuses on calming anxiety and panic attacks both on a physical and spiritual level.

The Gentle Whispers of Avalon is rooted within the magickal act of the healing breath to promote tranquility and calmness; whispers being the natural state to speak to someone who is having a panic attack or anxiety to vibrate an energy of peacefulness.
This set also speaks to forming a respectful bond of reverence with the land around us, particularly Avalon, so that the spirits and Gods of the land may aid us in our healing journey.

In the Celtic tradition it is said that you can hear the whispers of the Gods in the sacred Groves and Gentle Whispers of Avalon utilises this energy by paying respect to the deep listening; to going within yourself, calming yourself, grounding yourself with sacred Grove tree energy to help you come back to a wholeness and one-ness that anxiety has ruptured.
