The emphasis behind the Mystical Mortuary is to honour and celebrate the role of the Dead at Halloween, honouring the liminal spaces inbetween as people pass over from this physical incarnation, and to honour their memories within us.
Additionally, it brings in the energy of working with the Spirits of the Dead for those who wish to do so at Samhain.

Graveyards often attract us as peaceful places, places to remember and honour the dead, whether it be beloved ancestors, or just honouring those who have walked this earth before us, known and unknown to us.
They hum with the energy of history, memory, and hold space between those who live and those who have moved on; they can be a huge source of comfort and personal ritual to many who want to reach out and connect, and the landscape provides that opportunity.

Although horror films may have presented Graveyards as frightening, the energy of most is overwhelming calm as though the world has taken a deep breath within them. They can also be fascinating sources of historical information.

This beautiful spell cauldron has been designed to reflect the real graveyards and the human contact within them.
You can use this to honour the season, your ancestors, and the Spirits of the Dead.
