The Starry Temple Incenses are a brand new line here at Starryeyedsupplies, a beautiful loose herbal incense to help you create your own Temple within your sacred space.
Each Incense is centred around a different energy of Temple in order to help you build your own energy space.

Each scent is created around a particular energy web to promote harmonous energies whilst clearing the space within; based on ancient customs of using herbs and smoke to purify a space of negative vibrations and psychic debris,  hand blended and imbued by this Celtic Witch to pack a magickal punch and smell absolutely divine doing it!

For use in burning rituals of cleansing, on a charcoal disc or within a cauldron, or by the beeswax method.

Comes in a reusable 100ml screw top tin with Starry Fox sigil.

★ Scent - Rich Labdanum over witchy patchouli & sandalwood amongst others

Welcome… to the Hag Witch of the Hedge!

Hag is derived from Hagia which means holy in Greek & once mirrored high respect for older wise women - Boleyn 2001

In the depths of the wild old woods, she waits for you.

As autumn stirs & the trees begin to change, & the crows chatter on the wind… she calls to you.

With herbs bundled and tethered in her old wooden cabins rafters, and tea brewing on the stove, she welcomes you.

With thrown bones and hagstones, she understands the nature of you.

She is the hag of the hedge, wild & untamed, aligned with other sight & animal wisdom, she speaks for the spirits of the dead, & walks the tracks of the other world.

She is the forgotten aspect of Elen of the ways with cobwebs in her antlers.

She is the villanised version of Elder and Grandmother.

She is Baba Yaga and Frau Holle.

She is timeless. And she extends her hand this autumn…

This deeply enchanting scent is haunting - it stirs memories of old witches living deep in the woods, stewing herbs in their cauldrons and adding fragrant bundles to the bonfire.

It whispers of the secrets of the trees and the chattering crows, inviting you to dance amongst the deep roots and listen to the spells on the wind.

Deeply earthy and evocative this scent matrix touches at the live wire of your wild soul - reminding you of who you were born to be - helping to unravel the conditioning placed on you from your youngest years.

The Hag cares not what society thinks of her - her laughter is lined in her skin, the mischief glistens in her eyes, and her wisdom rolls off her tongue.

What use does she have for fake conditions? Natures cycles and laws are the only ones that matter to her - and she will teach you this in sacred meditation - the doors opened by this incredible scent.

★ Labdanum in Witchcraft - Also called the Black Sun, associated with Fire, and can assist with spells of Prophecy, Purification, Protective and Defense rituals, as well as insight into ones self.

★ Patchouli is considered a staple herb in Witchcraft for sexual rites, as an aphrodiasic and for raising the life force, for love magick, as well as for Earthing and grounding work. This makes it an ideal Witches herb as the parallel between the orgasmic and the raising of life force for spell work is rich in symbolism.

★ Sandalwood in Witchcraft - is used to bring balance to the energetic body and awaken the life force within.  It is also used to balance, centre and calm the mind, and for protection against negative spirits.
