In the Celtic tradition, we work with the three cauldrons within ourselves, and a powerful way to 'check in' with your energetic body is to see how the flames are underneath each cauldron.
Too low, and we are likely feeling lethargic, unmotivated, stressed or unwell. Too high and are likely feeling frazzled, overworked, anxious or fearful.

In healing this is ideal for core wound healing, and dealing with the inner critic or harmful self narratives.
★ Fern in Witchcraft - an ancient plant revered throughout time for its connection to liminal spaces, ancient knowledge and the fae. Thought to be protective and incredibly lucky, it can be used in spells to unearth treasure (even when that's internal treasure toward healing!)
★ Patchouli in Witchcraft - Patchouli is considered a staple herb in Witchcraft for sexual rites, as an aphrodiasic and for raising the life force, for love magick, as well as for Earthing and grounding work. This makes it an ideal Witches herb as the parallel between the orgasmic and the raising of life force for spell work is rich in symbolism.
