This Forest guardian spirit spell candle stands just over 8cm tall and is crafted with black soy wax swirled with Birch tar and hand-painted with biodegradable shimmy.
 
This candle has me in a kind of trance, the energetic pull of the wild old rites, the whisperings of the Fae, the invitation to better understand the hidden mysteries and the rites of the plant spirits. 
It is a candle to invoke spirits into your space, by dedicating the candle to a specific rite - be it Fae, be it Plant Spirit, be it the Genius Loci (spirit of a place), a Guardian Forest spirit, a guide through the shapeshifting flight over the hedge.
 
It's mystical, otherworldly, promising to deepen your understanding of yourself as a spirit being, and your connection to all other spirits in the spiritual ecosystem.
It has me in a bit of a chokehold I am absolutely obsessed and blown away - I think I birthed a creation that is going to change my life... and maybe yours too.
 
★ Birch tar in Witchcraft - Birch has always been at the entrances to the Otherworld for me; it takes me on liminal journeys. It has traditionally been used for new beginnings, cleansing spaces of negativity be it energies or spirits, birch tar specifically has a history of being used as an adhesive - making it ideal in spells to bind things together.

Burn with care!
Burn time approx 1 hour
Never leave a burning candle unattended
Remove herbs before burning 
Burn on a heat proof surface and dish incase of drips
Do not ingest
